Key Performance

Our 3 health centres are contracted to practice via an APMS contract managed by the Local Area Team. Part of the APMS contract requires us to submit quarterly reports on the centres looking at the Primcary Care element and Walk In element.  We are ask to report of 5 areas, Access, Quality, Service Delivery, Value for Money and Patient Experience.  We also have to submit details of any significant incidents and patient feedback.
